I found a lump during a self exam.
Lumpectomy & Sentinel Node removal . . .April 24, 2008. Most of the pain was from the incision where they took the lymph nodes, it hurt for quite a while. 2nd Surgery . . . May 30, 2008 . . . Lumpectomy Re-do . . . the margins from my first lumpectomy were very small, so they needed to take more tissue. Because I don’t have a lot of tissue to take, he had to take extra skin from my breast and some muscle from my chest wall. The worst part about this surgery was the burning I would feel from the muscle behind my breast.
I don’t start radiation until after I’m done with chemo.
I started Chemo on June 19, 2008 and as of today 7/7/08 I have only had 1 treatment. My second treatment is this week on Wednesday, July 9, 2008. I will have 6 chemo treatments, 3 weeks apart. On day 14 I started loosing my hair. It was coming out by the handfuls!! By day 16 I couldn’t stand it anymore so I buzzed it all off. |

That is beautiful….
As beautiful as the rose is and shows, I think you have missed your calling doing photography. This photo is spectaculra. I just want to crawl inside the petals and feel the fragrant brilliance of god.
Weezie
Hi Weezie,
Thank you and I’m glad you enjoy this image. If you read my most recent post “New Side Effects and Flower Pics”, in there I did mention that I am a photographer and because I’m not doing any of usual photography, I’ve been taking pics of the flowers in my yard, my mom’s yard and that people have given to me!!
Wendy
Dear Wendy; I’m not sure if you are aware, but you can sell those photos, they are good enough in fact brilliant, to companies that need stock material. In other words these companies keep 1000’s of photos done by various photographers. Every time it is used by someone who pays for it, you get a residual. Not sure but if you call a large advertising agency and ask what stock studio they could recommend to you, I would start that way. Good god girl you have a talent that shouldn’t be wasted. While you are doing that make a collection or portfolio so that you have that on hand. I know someone will pay you. Please do something with that unique talent.
Weezie
Weezie,
Thank you, you are so great for my ego
I love it if you would write to me at wendy@wildspiritphoto.com and I can tell you more about what I do and what I am in the process of doing with my photography.
I’d mention it on here, but we aren’t allowed to advertise on here so I don’t want to take any chances of saying something wrong :)
